The Training Your Team Wants

In many organisations, Soft Skills & Communication Training is still limited to traditional formats. Training providers use lecture-based presentations, group discussions and videos in their training, however, these kinds of formats lack the type of interaction employees want.   How do we know?  Based on our survey, completed by more than 1500 of our workshop participants, employees’ most popular choices for learning are real & role plays with professional actors, experiential learning activities and interactive live games.  These formats rely on state-of-the-art program design to generate high levels of engagement, which is a stark contrast to the off the shelf formats many professionals provide at present.
